Self Care with Acupressure (10/16)

This workshop will be experiential and involve partners practicing the points of acupressure. 16 student limit (will need an even number) for each workshop
Acupressure supports health by increasing circulation and helping to release some congested areas for more free-flowing life energy. We will use our fingers, rather than needles, as used by acupuncture. Acupressure also promotes more body awareness, and is fun to learn.
